Microsoft PowerPoint Web Version Now Can Add Fugitives In Videos

JAKARTA 'Microsoft 365' is aware of the importance of subtitile needs.Dahulu, text support in a video is very useful for people with disabilities. However, now the benefits are more than that.

You can help people understand languages they don't understand or accents they don't understand. Seeing the importance of the presence of the subtitile, Microsoft 365 decided to add an update to PowerPoint.

PowerPoint's Main Software Technician, Peter Wu, said that PowerPoint on websites can now add text and subtitles to a video. Later, videos played during presentations can be understood more easily.

To add subtitles, users must first create text files in WebVTT format. This text can be made through text-making tools such as Notepad. Users can search for recommendations for other tools in search engines.

Wu explained that users must enter the PowerPoint website after having text with WebVTT format. Log in with the account you have, then add the video via the Insert menu and select Video.

Select Insert Video From: This Device, then select the video you want to add. After that, select the Video menu at the end of the menu series, then select Insert Captions. Once again, make sure the selected text already uses WebVTT format.

Once added, the user can see the Text button under the video. If the added text has more than one language, the user can change the language and turn off the text easily.

The subtitile addition feature has been released. If users don't find the feature, Wu says there may be a shortage of features. Microsoft 365 continues to receive suggestions from users so they can temporarily withdraw the feature for improvement.
