Today The KPK Council Holds A Trial On Alleged Ethical Violations Of Firli Bahuri
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will hear allegations of ethical violations of the inactive KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri today, Thursday, December 14. The schedule has been set until it is complete.
"Everything is ready just for the trial," said KPK Supervisory Board member Albertina Ho, quoted on Thursday, December 14.
Firli will be invited to the trial process, said Albertina. However, he could not confirm his presence.
"Usually (confirm, red) it all through the Head of the Secretariat of the Council," he said.
Albertina ensured that the trial of three alleged ethical violations would be held completely. The verdict will be read out as soon as possible even before the end of the year.
"It has been conveyed in the press conference that we are trying to decide hopefully this year," he said.
As previously reported, the KPK Council agreed to try Firli regarding three alleged ethical violations. The first is related to a meeting with former Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo.

Finally, an ethics trial will also be held regarding the rental of a house on Jalan Kertanegara Number 46. Firli is suspected of violating Article 4 Paragraph 2 letter a or Article 4 paragraph 1 letter j and Article 8 of the KPK Council Regulation (Perdewas) Number 3 of 2021.
