Schedule Of Homecoming And Backflow Contraflows Nataru 2023 And Vehicle Restriction Rules

YOGYAKARTA The Ministry of Transportation issued a Joint Decree (SKB) with the Korlantas Polri and the Ministry of PUPR. The SKB contains a contraflow schedule for the flow of homecoming and back to Nataru (Christmas and New Year).

As is known, the Government has collapsed at every moment of big celebration. This is done to prevent the accumulation of vehicles on various roads. Contraflow itself will be held at several points.

The contraflow system is contained in the SKB with Number: KP-DRJD 8298 of 2023, SKB: 218/XII/2023, and Number: 19/PKS/Db/2023, signed by the Director General of Land Transportation Hendro Sugiatno, Plt. Head of the Traffic Corps of the Brigadier General Pol. Aan Suhanan, and the Director General of Highways Hedi Rahadian.

The Director General (Dirjen) of Land Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation, Hendro Sugiatno, explained that with the issuance of the SKB, pedestrians during the Nataru holiday will be held arrangements and restrictions for safety, security, comfort, and public order.

"There are several times that will experience arrangements on roads and on crossings," he said in Jakarta, Thursday, December 7, quoted from the official website of the Ministry of Transportation.

The SKB contains several rules related to several things, namely restrictions on operational transportation of goods on toll roads and non-toll roads, lane systems and tidal/non-flow lanes (contra flow). The following is a contraflow schedule during homecoming flow and backflow of Nataru.

KM 47 (West Karawang) - KM 87 (Subang): December 22 at 14.00 to 24.00 local time and on December 23-24, respectively from 08.00 to 24.00 local time.

KM 87 (Subang) KM 47 (West Karawang): December 26 at 14.00 to 24.00 local time and December 27 at 08.00 to 24.00 local time.

KM 47 (West Karawang) KM 87 (Subang) : December 29 at 14.00 to 24.00 local time and December 30 at 08.00 to 24.00 local time.

KM 87 (Subang) KM 47 (West Karawang) : January 1 at 14.00 to 24.00 local time and January 2 at 08.00 to 24.00 local time.

Not only conducting contraflows, there will also be restrictions on goods transport vehicles during the Nataru holiday. Vehicles that are restricted are as follows.

Some goods-containing vehicles will get restrictions so that they can still operate. Exceptible vehicles are as follows.
