The Last Exercise Is Not Ready, The Launch Of The Centaur Rocket Can Resign For A Month

JAKARTA The United Launch Alliance (ULA) plans to launchaiap Centaur, a heavyweight launch rocket, on December 24. However, it seems that this launch will be delayed.

ULA CEO, Tory Bruno, said that the wet dress rehearsal (WDR) had some problems with its land equipment. However, boosters and the top stages of flight still have good performance according to ULA monitoring.

Currently, ULA is completing a WDR Exercise forvillage. Bruno, on his social media account, said that, "I want the complete WDR before our first flight. So, Christmas Eve is most likely to come out."

If attempted launch attempt fails on the 24th, the ULA adds a launch window for the rocket on December 25 and 26. The launch deadline will no longer be added this month.

Bruno said that the next launch period will reopen next year, to be precise on January 8. The launch window can reach four days, but this is not certain.

This mission will bring Peregrine Lunar Lander as a payload. This month's landing robot was developed by Astrobotic Technology which was directly selected by the United States Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA).

Prior to the occurrence of a slight problem in WDRagnetic Exercises, neither ULA nor Astrobotic had revealed the next launch target if the Centauraire failed to launch in December.

At the inaugural launch of the rocket, it will push the Peregrine into space so that the lander can land on the Gruithuisen Domes region on the west side near the moon. This robot is expected to be able to cooperate with lunar or Lunar-VISE mapping instruments.
