Standard Variants Can Use Xmax Tech Max Additional Components, Need This Capital
JAKARTA - Yamaha Xmax Tech Max was officially introduced today in Indonesia with a choice of Magma Black color, and has a price of IDR 71,300,000 On The Road (OTR) Jakarta. This price is IDR 5 million higher than the standard variant sold for IDR 66 million.
This price increase was caused by the presence of several special components, such as leather seats, dashboard covers with leather materials combined with gold stitches, 'tech max' emblems, aluminum footplates, and special handle grips.
Antonius Widiantoro, Asst. General Manager of Marketing & Public Relations of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM), explained that some of these components came from abroad, especially Europe, thus making them have a higher price. For example, the seat itself has a price of around Rp. 4 million.
"If Xmax users usually want to use these accessories, they can. That's plug and play and costs IDR 6.3 million," said Antonius.
Although Yamaha Xmax Tech Max still uses the same machine as its standard variant, its main uniqueness lies in the exclusive accessory.

Interestingly, Antonius stated that standard Xmax users can install accessories from the Xmax Tech Max model at an additional cost of around Rp. 6.3 million. However, users need to be patient because these accessories will be available next year.
"If Xmax users usually want to use these accessories, they can. That's plug and play," he added.
However, the Yamaha Xmax Tech Max accessory, is available separately and will be sold starting February 2024. So, users who are interested must be patient because the accessory will be coming soon next year.
