Logitech Survey: 62 Percent Of Employees In Indonesia Prefer To Work Hybridly
JAKARTA Logitech, a manufacturer of computer tools and tablets, says that the majority of employees in Indonesia prefer to work hybridly. They realized this after surveying the work trend.
By involving 500 professional employees in various fields and companies, the survey results show that 62 percent of employees prefer to work in a hybrid manner, namely flexible conditions where they can work online and offline.
Meanwhile, 21 percent of employees prefer to work online and 16 percent of employees prefer to work in the office or offline. A comparison between hybrid and offline system voters shows that the majority of employees rely more on technology at work.
This situation makes employees feel various benefits and challenges, which also makes the presence of technology a crucial factor to facilitate smooth work collaboration and to form a successful hybrid work culture, said Southeast Asia 2 B2B Lead Logitech, Michael Long in an official release.
Following up on the survey results, Logitech said that the majority of employees like to work hybridly because of the more cost. 77 percent of respondents said that their transportation spending is much less efficient if they work in a hybrid manner.

Not only about costs, 70 percent of employees want to avoid busy hours that cause traffic jams and 66 percent of employees feel that their work is more effective and quickly finished while working in a hybrid manner.
However, working in a hybrid manner still has problems, especially if a company often does online meeting. Employees need to have capable supporting tools such as stable networks to devices that work without problems.
Before starting work in a hybrid manner, make sure the network runs well and the device used does not experience problems. As a support tool, employees can also use headet or webcameksternal to make the experience work better.
