JAKARTA - The case of the death of four children in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta has attracted public attention. Poolisi is still investigating signs of violence on the bodies of four children who were found rotting in rented houses.

Initial Case

This case was first discovered by the police from reports of residents who smelled a foul smell in a rented house located in a rented house on Roman Alley, Jalan Kebagusan Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

"It's a carcass until the ceiling is unloaded, I can't find it. Then this morning my neighbor called me, he said, 'Mr. Irwan, please have a carcass next to Pak Panca's house. Please clean the carcass in the bathroom, there's a bad smell.' It's just like that,' said a neighbor, Wednesday, December 6.

After the door was broken down by residents and the police, there were four bodies of small children who had rotted.

It is known that the 4 victims were Viona Audrey (6), Sopiya (4), Arsa (3), Aska (1).

The victim was found already in a rotting condition lined up on the corner of the wall mattress

"The crime scene investigation, these four children are children from P and his wife D. Found lined up in beds in a dead condition. Currently, we are still closing the crime scene, then a crime scene will be processed. We will carry out an interfection collaboration between doctors and then Labfor. We will also conduct forensic psychologist examinations," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary.

Messages Of Red Writing

The red text with the message "Puas mother, tx for all" is still being investigated by the police.

The Head of Health, Kombes Hery Wijatmoko, has not been able to provide an explanation because he is waiting for the Labfor.

"There is no information from the laboratory yet," he said.

The perpetrator, who is the victim's father, is known to have attempted suicide.

The perpetrator named Panca (41) was found lying on his back in the bathroom with a knife in his body after the incident occurred.

The alleged suicide is still being investigated by the police, and now the father of the alleged perpetrator is still undergoing treatment at the Police Hospital, Kramat teak, East Jakarta.

5 Witnesses Examined

The South Jakarta Metro Police stated that the case of the death of 4 children in Jagakarsa had been upgraded to an investigation status.

"The progress of handling has increased from investigation to investigation," said South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary to reporters, Thursday, December 7.

The police have examined five witnesses, namely the family of P who is suspected of being the perpetrator, D's family and local neighbors.

However, due to Panca's condition (41) which is still unstable and is still undergoing treatment, officers are still not conducting further investigations.

"If it is stable later, we will carry out further investigations, yesterday it was just verbal initial interrogation," said Ade.

Victim's Mother Gets Psychological Assistance

The victim's wife, Devnisa, is still being treated at Pasar Minggu Hospital after being suspected of experiencing Domestic Violence (KDRT) by her husband, who is suspected of being the perpetrator of the 4 children's murder.

Plt. Head of the Empowerment, Child Protection and Population Control (PPAPP) Service, Mochamad Miftahullloh Tamar, said that his party would provide psychological assistance to Devnisa Putri.

Devnisa is also known to be a victim of domestic violence, which her husband, Panca, allegedly committed.

"We also have a safe house. But later we will see again as needed. But from our psychological team, both from the PPAPP Service and also from the health office, there will be those who will accompany them," Tamar told reporters, December 7.
