Honda Will Show The Latest EV Concept Car In The 2024 CES Event

JAKARTA - It's no secret that Japanese manufacturers like Honda have plans to bring in more electric vehicles (EVs) globally in order to catch up in the segment.

Recently, this Japanese manufacturer launched an image showing him an EV with a sharp design and a spur shape. It is stated that the model is the future EV Honda series.

It can be seen from the exterior showing a very sharp nose but the front fasia is made flatter with a tapered pattern. The wheel design appears to display overlapping fingers.

Unfortunately, Honda hasn't told much about its vehicle yet. This vehicle will be presented at the CES 2024 event which will be held on January 9-12 by Honda CEO Toshihiro Mibe and EVP Honda Motor Co, Shinji Aoyama, according to an order from Motor1, Wednesday, December 6.

Although details of the information are not disclosed, it is certain that the vehicle has a different concept than the one previously displayed. Of course, the car will follow other EV Hondas, such as Prologue and several SUV models sold for the Chinese market.

With the presence of these vehicles, this is in line with the goals Honda wants to achieve to achieve carbon neutrality in all company activities by 2050. The manufacturer with the 'H' logo is planning to introduce the latest 30 EVs globally by 2030 with a target sales volume of up to 2 million units.

Meanwhile, in North America, Honda has set an aggressive schedule for electric vehicle recognition ahead of 2030 and has eventually reached 100 percent of zero-emissions car sales by 2040, which includes electric battery-powered models and electric fuel cells.
