Honda Introduces New Honda Grom Model In Thailand, Cheapest IDR 30 Million

JAKARTA - Honda Grom is a small motorbike or minimoto with a unique street fighter design and a compact Honda Thai manufacturer. The motor engine has a capacity of 125cc, but even though it is small, Grom offers impressive performance. In fact, Grom has won the 2014 Motorcycle of the Year in the United States.

Now, Honda Grom has received an update in Thailand as reported by Rideapart, December 6, with the addition of features and changes to its body.

Changes that can be seen in Grom's appearance include the use of more modern LED headlights. There is also the addition of a new sticker in the body with a fresh design, providing a more interesting feel on this bike.

The bottom of the motorbike has also increased by the presence of a new engine shield. This not only provides a denser look, but also provides additional protection for small Grom machines with a capacity of 125cc.

Speaking of specifications, Grom is equipped with a manual transmission of five accelerations, a slip-on exhaust, and an ABS system with a G-sensor. The front suspension uses an upside-down model, while the rear suspension uses a monoshock system.

The Honda Grom is available in two variants, namely those equipped with ABS and G-Sensors, at a price of 77,900 baht or around Rp. 34.3 million. Available in two colors, gray and black. While variants without ABS or regular versions are present in red-black and blue-black, at a price of 69,900 baht or equivalent to Rp30.8 million.
