Ponorogo Kejari Set 2 Village Apparatus Suspects Of PTSL Extortion
PONOROGO - The Ponorogo District Attorney's Office has named two devices of Sawoo Village, Ponorogo Regency, East Java as suspects in the case of alleged illegal levies or extortion of the 2023 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.
"We raised his status from witness to suspect," said Head of Intel Kejari Ponorogo, Agung Riyadi, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 5.
The two devices are called Agung with the initials SJD and SYT.
Both were identified as executors and masterminds of extortion actions to people who took part in the PTSL program.
Both of them have not yet been detained, arguing that the two suspects are cooperative. This is because the prosecutor's office will still complete the files.
"There has been no attempt to detain, we concentrate on completing the file so that phase two is quickly handed over by PJU and the trial is corruption in Surabaya," he explained.
However, his party requires the two suspects to be absent once a week.
The reason was that the two suspects were cooperative during the examination and had never been absent.
"While cooperative, we will see in the future what it looks like," said Agung.
