Aiman Janggal Reported 6 People Simultaneously, Alluding To Himself Reminding The Neutrality Of The Police Not Spreading Hoaxes
JAKARTA - Spokesperson for the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud MD, Aiman Witjaksono has finished providing clarification about the statement of the police not neutral
For more than 8 hours Aiman was questioned by investigators from the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya. Aiman arrived this morning at around 10.15 WIB and finished undergoing examination at 18.40 WIB
Aiman felt it was strange that six people reported themselves at the same time.
"I frankly feel awkward about this report. First, the report is carried out one day simultaneously by six reporters at once," said Aiman, Tuesday, December 5.
Aiman was also reported on suspicion of hate speech related to SARA (Suku, Religion, Ras, and Intergroup).
"Secondly, I was reported for hate speech related to SARA which carries a sentence of more than 5 years in prison. Of course this is a question, what is all this?" continued Aiman.
After carrying out clarification at Polda Metro Jaya, Aiman explained the statement related to non-neutral police in the 2024 election.
Aiman firmly said that he only reminded him not to spread hoaxes.
"It's clear I said that, I got the ABC information, the bla bla, and in the end I said that hopefully the information I received is wrong," he explained.
"This means indeed to remind, not to speak slander, spread false news and so on. So once again, this is part of democracy to remind," said Aiman.

Aiman's attorney, Ronny Talapessy, explained that the complainant used evidence from deductions of content on social media.
"And we need to convey, the evidence from the reporter is proof of a deduction from social media, from TikTok, and this is our concern because we saw it earlier," he said.
Ronny suggested that he see the Aiman video in its entirety, not being cut into pieces.
"Actually, what was conveyed by Aiman's brother had to be seen in its entirety (not cut). Because at the end, Aiman said, hopefully this information is wrong. And actually this is so that the public and the public will judge," said Rony.
