The Perpetrator Of The Cor Mutilation Of His Victim's Body Is Being Demanded A Life Imprisonment

The public prosecutor charged Muhammad Husen, the perpetrator of the murder of Irwan Hutagalung (53) whose body was mutilated and found in a concrete casting in May 2023, with a life sentence of imprisonment.

At a trial at the Semarang District Court, Central Java, Public Prosecutor Ardhika Wisnu said the defendant was found guilty of violating Article 339 of the Criminal Code regarding murder.

"The impact on the condition of the victim's family is one of the considerations in prosecuting the defendant with life imprisonment," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 5.

From the facts of the trial, the defendant Husen was also proven to have taken Rp 7 million and the victim's motorbike.

"The demands submitted are in accordance with the facts of the trial," he added.

For these demands, Chief Judge Sarwedi gave the defendant Husen the opportunity to present his defense at the next trial.

The murder case was revealed when the body of a man suspected of being a murder victim was found with a concrete casting at a water refill on Jalan Mulawarman Raya, Semarang City, on May 8, 2023.

The victim, known as Irwan Hutagalung (53) was killed by mutilation and casting by Muhammad Husen, who was his employee.
