The KPK Council Again Asks For Information From Firli Bahuri Today

JAKARTA - The KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas) will again ask for information from the inactive chairman of the KPK, Firli Bahuri today, Tuesday, December 5. He will be questioned regarding alleged ethical violations in the meeting and extortion of the former Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo alias SYL.

"Dewas is still clarifying FB for the second time, the plan is Tuesday at 10.00 WIB," said member of the KPK Council, Syamsuddin Haris, Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Firli Bahuri was questioned by the KPK Council on Monday last week. At that time, he claimed to have provided complete information to the KPK Council regarding alleged ethical violations regarding the meeting with SYL.

"Yes (Asked by the KPK Council) about the reports received by Dewas. I have given everything requested by the Supervisory Board," said Firli at the ACLC KPK Building, Jakarta, Monday on November 20.

Even so, Firli Bahuri was reluctant to reveal the details of the KPK Council's examination material against him this time. This is because it is closed.

"I have said everything is intact from A to Z. As for the material, of course because the nature of the examination at the Council is closed. Later let the Council convey it," said Firli.

For information, in the aftermath of a meeting with SYL, Firli Bahuri was reported to the KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas) for alleged ethical violations. Sitting as a reporter, namely the Law Concerned Student Committee. The report refers to the rules for KPK personnel not to meet with parties who are stumbling over the case at the anti-corruption agency.
