Joao Felix Chooses To Win Barca And Submerge Ex Atletico Madrid Club
JAKARTA - Joao Felix's forward brought Barcelona to beat his former club, Atletico Madrid 1-0 in the La Liga match Spain at the Olimpic Lluis Companys Stadium, Monday, December 4 in the morning WIB.
Felix chose to win Barca, the club that borrowed it from Atletico. Through a tight battle, Barca finally won and the only goal was scored by Felix.
The Portugal national team player had to leave Atletico because he was noisy with coach Diego Simeone. After being loaned to Chelsea, Felix then moved to Barca. The status is the same as the loan player. Only, Barca gave a signal that it would make Felix permanent.
The victory over Atletico made Barca manage to improve the rankings. They not only beat Atletico but also passed the rival position.
Now, Barca are stuck in third place with 34 points. The same as Atletico, but the Blaugrana are ahead on goal difference. Only Atletico, who dropped to fourth, still had one match.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid, who are at the top of the standings, are four points ahead of Barca.
Madrid's points are still the same as Girona, who made a surprise in domestic competitions and is now in second place because she lost on goal difference to Los Blancos.
Felix also welcomed his goal to help win Barca. In fact, he felt proud that his name was shouted at by Barca fans. It doesn't matter if Felix is still an Atletico player.
"I can't believe I heard him [when fans sang his name]. This is a big club and not all players are named by fans, of course this is extraordinary. I am very happy," said Felix, who dedicated goals to his family.
"Only those closest to me, especially my family, know how I went through all the difficulties. So, I scored this goal for them," he said again.
In that match, Barca actually seemed burdened to win. They are under pressure from fans who have not been satisfied with Barca's performance lately.
However, Xavi Hernandez's team showed the ability to get out of the burden. They can dominate and create a number of opportunities.
Even Barca actually had a chance in the early minutes when Raphinha just faced goalkeeper Jan Oblak. But his shot to avoid Oblak's reach went far from the goal.
Then in the 12th minute, it was striker Robert Lewandowski's turn to pass the defenders but his shot from close range still failed.

Barca's players' patience finally paid off when Felix broke into the opponent's goal in the 28th minute. The goal started with midfielder Pedri who managed to steal the ball and released a long pass at Jules Kunde.
He then released a cross which was greeted by Raphinha. The Brazilian then teamed up with Felix to dismantle Atletico's defense.
He then outwitted Jose Maria Gimenez and Oblak before unleashing a shot into the empty net.
The score is 1-0 for Barca. Only that score lasted until the end of the match because Barca and Atletico could not score.
