Forced To Break Through Floods, This Is What Will Happen To Electric Motors
JAKARTA - Each electric motor has been designed in such a way as to safely pass through puddles with boundaries that have been adjusted by the manufacturer.
When forced to break through the flood above the recommended normal limit, it can certainly cause various new problems. In fact, if the inundation is too deep it allows electric motors to turn off.
"If you are forced to break through the deep flood, it makes your electric motor turn off," said Ady Siswanto, Owner of Pegrikbike who is also an electric motorcycle conversion workshop, when contacted by VOI.ID, Friday, December 1.
He further said that the problems that would arise would later be in the dynamo section of an electric motorbike, which could experience traffic jams after one week later (after passing through the flood).
"After one week later the dynamo could be jammed due to carat caused by the flood water," he added.

According to the man who is familiarly called Ady, rainwater enters the dynamo through the sea which does exist in the section (dinamo), and of course it costs if you want to return to normal.
"The cost itself starts from Rp. 450 thousand to Rp. 700 thousand, depending on the damage, so it will be checked first," he explained.
So, make sure not to hit a deep enough flood when using an electric motorbike, so that it remains safe and comfortable.
