Jessica Wongso's Defenders Advocate Report Rejected By Bareskrim, This Is The Evidence That Was Brought
JAKARTA - Karni Ilyas' YouTube link, which is proof of Jessica's Defenders Advocate Alliance Team to report Edi Darmawan Salihin, the father of the late Mirna to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters, is not strong enough.
Previously, dozens of lawyers who were members of the Defenders Advocate Alliance Team Jessica Wongso reported Edi Darmawan to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters, Friday, December 1.
Edi allegedly lost one of the pieces of evidence for cutting CCTV footage at Olivier's Cafe which became the scene of cyanide coffee.
According to Antoni Silo's lawyer, Edi Darmawan had lied because the statement he made was inconsistent.
"At the trial on questions from the panel regarding CCTV, Edi Darmawan Salihin stated that he did not hold or store CCTV footage from Olivier's Cafe," explained Antoni at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
"But at a Talkshow with Karni Ilyas on October 7, 2023, Edi Darmawan Salihin explained vulgarly on his cellphone that there was a video that according to him this was part of Olivier's CCTV Cafe," he continued.
Then this YouTube link from Karni Ilyas' content is one proof of the Jessica Defenders Advocate Alliance Team and other relevant content.
"A number of dishes in public spaces, including those initiated by the Netflix documentary, there are irregularities," he said.
"Eggles are then communicated to advocate communities, it was us who made the incident and agreed that there were reports," he continued.

However, because the evidence was not strong enough, the LP (Police Report) submitted by the Advocate Alliance Team for Jessica's defense was rejected.
"All the evidence we submitted is considered still not sufficient for the requirements for the LP (Police Report)," said one of the lawyers for the Antoni Silo alliance after submitting the report.
The Defenders Advocate Alliance Team Jessica Wongso made a public complaint report (dumas) to the National Police Chief with the same report.
"Then we do Dumas, after a long consultation we have included it this afternoon through the general secretariat directly to the National Police Chief," he added.
The report is the alleged article 221 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Criminal Code regarding hiding evidence and article 32 paragraph 1 related to the ITE Law hiding information and electronic documents.
