Nissan Kicks Latest Generation Can Be Present In 2024 Or 2025

JAKARTA - Launched globally since 2016, Nissan Kicks has succeeded in attracting the response of several Southeast Asian markets, including Indonesia.

This car is practical, modern-style, and efficient in the use of fuel for the capabilities of hybrid technology from e-POWER.

With the success of this product in the market, Nissan intends to make changes to this model. It is reported that the crossover will come as the latest generation together with 23 years of the Rio de Janeiro assembly line, Brazil.

Reporting from Top Gear Philippines, Wednesday, November 29, the car is expected to arrive in 2024 or 2025. Another interesting thing is that the car will carry a turbo with an e-POWER system. So, the car will offer an engine that is powered but does not forget the fuel efficiency side.

The Latin American market will get this latest unit first because this car will be assembled in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For the ASEAN market, it is likely that Nissan will continue to offer the current generation for the next few years.

The year 2024 and 2025 will be a busy year for this brand because apart from news from the latest generation Kicks, Nissan also said he would produce a new SUV with a subcompact crossover. The company did not specify the details, making it still difficult to determine the segment.

In Indonesia, Nissan Kicks comes with one variant, namely 1.2 e-POWER VL which is priced at IDR 519 million OTR Jakarta. This car has a compact size with a length of 4,305 mm, a width of 1,760 mm, a height of 1,615 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,620 mm.

This car is equipped with an e-transmission driving front wheels and a hybrid system of 2.13 kW-capacity batteries that increases fuel efficiency.
