Lampung Police Confiscate IDR 9.3 Billion Of Evidence Of Corruption At The Marga Tiga Dam
The Lampung Regional Police's Special Criminal Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) confiscated evidence of corruption proceeds of Rp9.3 billion from the construction of the Marga Tiga Dam in Trimulyo Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency for Fiscal Year 2020-2022.
"The money was confiscated from Bank BRI Metro Branch Office which is compensation money for 48 land owners, but is pending (delayed)," said Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Regional Police, Kombes Umi Fadilah Astutik, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, November 27.
He explained that on January 10, 2020, at the construction site of the Marga Tiga Dam, which is a national strategic project, there has been a fictitious, planting and development inflation.
"The Mark-up was carried out after the determination of the location for growing crops, buildings, ponds, and fish in 226 plots of land carried out by the Task Force B Team and planting officers grew, buildings, ponds, and fish in 2020," he said.

When examined by the Auditor of the Lampung Provincial Representative BPKP, there were compensation payments, there were 48 field owners whose payments were delayed at Bank BRI Metro Branch Office.
"So that today, evidence was confiscated at Bank BRI Metro Branch Office amounting to Rp9,352,244,932," said Umi.
The modus operandi of the perpetrators is to add growing planting data and do'mark up' during repairs after the KJPP findings.
"As for the threat of punishment for his actions, the perpetrators are Article 2 paragraph (1) or Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 TH 1999 as amended by the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 TH 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes in conjunction with 55 Paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code," he said.
