ITCD Records Occupancy Of The Nusa Dua Reaches 76 Percent In October 2023

General Manager of The Nusa Dua I Gusti Ngurah Ardita said that although October was a slow season in Bali, The Nusa Dua area was still able to maintain occupancy rates and showed a high growth rate compared to October the previous year.
"This occupancy rate is of course influenced by several Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) activities which are trusted to be held in The Nusa Dua area as well as a series of promotional packages that are attractive to tourists from tenants in the area both for activities and staying at The Nusa Dua," he said in an official statement, Sunday, November 26.
Meanwhile, in the period 1 to 19 November 2023, Ardita said the area occupancy rate reached 72.62 percent. Of the 21 hotels in The Nusa Dua area, 13 hotels reached an occupancy rate of above 70 percent.

Furthermore, Ardita explained that the increase was influenced by increasing MICE activities at The Nusa Dua and the existence of the 2023 UiPM Biathle/Triathle UiPM World Championship, a modern Pentathlon sports championship from November 1 to 5, 2023.
"We hope that the occupancy rate of the region will continue to be maintained until the end of the year and be able to exceed the occupancy achievement for the last year," he said.
For December 2023, continued Ardita, tenants in the area have prepared attractive promos to welcome Christmas and New Year 2024 where tourists can enjoy special New Year's Eve moments in the company area with a wide selection of attractive packages.
