Robert Kiyosaki Worried About US Threatening Hyperinflation, Suggests Bitcoin As A Value Protecter
JAKARTA - In the midst of the instability of the US financial system, Robert Kiyosaki, author of best seller Rich Dad Poor Dad, appealed to investors to be ready to face the threat of hyperinflation. Through social media, Kiyosaki highlighted bitcoin as the best asset to protect itself from hyperinflation.
The book Rich Dad Poor Dad, written with Sharon Lechter in 1997, has become a financial reference for millions of people around the world. The book has sold more than 32 million copies and translated into more than 51 languages, reaching more than 109 countries.
In his upload, Kiyosaki said that he had just visited Germany in memory of the hyperinflation that took place in 1923 and brought Adolf Hitler to power. He wondered, "Are we going to experience hyperinflation too? I hope not. However, our government leaders are the most incompetent ever."

This well-known writer advises his readers to learn from hyperinflation in Germany and Zimbabwe as a provision. He stressed that "Food will always be valuable like weapons, gold and silver," and added, "But I believe bitcoin is your best protection because bitcoin is people's money whose value is controlled by the people, not by our leaders."
Kiyosaki has long been a supporter of gold, silver, and bitcoin, and believes the three assets provide "security and financial freedom for life." In April, Kiyosaki said "America is dying," reminiscent of the possible collapse of the US dollar.
Kiyosaki is not alone in his concerns about hyperinflation. Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey predicts in 2021 that hyperinflation will soon hit the US and the world. Ventura financier Balaji Srinivasan stated in March that hyperinflation has already occurred at this time. Economist Peter Schiff has also issued a warning about the issue, stating last year that the Fed's raise in interest rates could potentially lead to hyperinflation.
