Polda Metro Jaya Deploys 188 Personnel For Large-Scale Patrols

Polda Metro Jaya deployed 188 personnel for large-scale patrols in the context of Operation Great Brata Jaya 2023-2024 in order to create a sense of security for the community ahead of the 2024 General Election.

"Today as many as 188 personnel with patrol targets covering the DKI Jakarta area zone are considered vulnerable to disturbances in public security and order," said Head of Sub-Directorate of Dalmas Ditsamapta Polda Metro Jaya AKPHairun in the Ditreskrimsus building of Polda Metro Jaya as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, November 18.

Today's patrol began with a morning rally led directly by AKPHairun.

In the apple, Hairun said the patrols took place according to their respective zones that had been distributed.

Hairun advised that all personnel in carrying out patrols must refer to applicable standards, operations and procedures (SOPs) and be humane to the community and maintain health and safety.

This large-scale patrol activity will be carried out every day during the Implementation of solid Operations Brata Jaya 2023-2024.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya increased patrols to prevent brawls and drug trafficking in order to create security and public order (kamtibmas) in the capital city and its surroundings.

"To maintain security and security in the Polda Metro Jaya area and in order to prevent brawls and drug trafficking, we will continue to carry out small, medium and large-scale patrols," said Deputy Chief of the Metro Jaya Regional Police (Wakapolda) Brigadier General Suyudi Ario Seto in Jakarta, Sunday (29/10).

The patrol routes are divided into two zones. The first zone covers West Jakarta and South Jakarta, while the second zone covers Central Jakarta, East Jakarta and North Jakarta.
