Flying From Papua For Coldplay Concerts In Jakarta, Until SUGBK Was Even Tricked By Brokers, Losing Tens Of Millions
JAKARTA - Two residents of Jayapura, Papua were forced to swallow the bitter pill because they were victims of a Coldplay concert ticket fraud at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Jakarta. The victim named Thika (27) was deceived by tens of millions by ticket brokers.
Thika admitted that she suffered a fatal loss. Material loss, loss of energy and physical. Because to get to Jakarta from Papua, he had to spend money to buy an airplane ticket of Rp. 16 million. Not to mention transportation costs to SUGBK.
Thika said that at first she was deceived by ticket brokers after getting information from her friends that someone was selling Coldplay tickets for category 4. Thika and the seller agreed with a price of IDR 4.5 million.
After Thika communicated with the ticket broker, it was agreed that the ticket payment would be made after he arrived in Jakarta.
"We leave tomorrow morning. We take a photo. Everything went smoothly. But when he transited in Makassar, suddenly he (the ticket broker) reported that the ticket had been sold to someone else. We have been on standby (on the way) here. Until now there is no news," said Thika when met by VOI at SUGBK, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, November 15.

Until finally Thika arrived at SUGBK, he met brokers who sold Coldplay concert tickets at a price of Rp. 6 million in the festival category.
There, Thika and her sister, Emil (24) agreed to buy it. So that the total money that Thika spent is Rp. 12 million, to be paid to brokers.
The ticket seller asked Thika to wait at the location because the ticket would be delivered. However, after waiting hours, the broker did not return.
"I have given the money. He said he was waiting here to take the power of attorney. Until now it's gone," he concluded.
