BLBI Task Force Confiscates Obligor Assets In South Jakarta In The Amount Of IDR 17.5 Billion
The Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI Task Force) has again confiscated land assets and obligor/debtor buildings that have obligations to the state.
One of the efforts made was the confiscation of other assets as well as the physical control of land and building assets located in the South Jakarta area with an estimated IDR 17.50 billion.
The BLBI Task Force through the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) has carried out confiscation activities of other assets of BLBI obligors/debtors located in the South Jakarta area, with details of other assets of debtors on behalf of PT Sadean Intramitra Corporation in the form of 2 plots of land with a total area of 1,040 m2, according to SHM No.7561 and SHM No.267 on behalf of Daryono Sutiarno SAW located in Jati Padang Village, Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta City.
Furthermore, 2 plots of land with a total area of 697 m2, according to SHM No. 8855 on behalf of Mada Andhika Darjono Putro and SHM No. 10219 on behalf of Aditya Sapta Darjono Putro.
The land parcels were confiscated in the context of efforts to settle the obligations of the debtor of PT Sadean Intramitra Corporation, former Bank Mataram Dhanarta, to the state, which has not yet been fulfilled, amounting to Rp176.61 billion, not including the State Receivables Administration Fee of 10 percent.
Furthermore, other assets that have been confiscated will be followed up through the settlement through a mechanism as regulated in the applicable regulations.

The BLBI Task Force will consistently continue to make ongoing efforts to ensure that the return of state collection rights can be fulfilled, through a series of efforts such as blocking, confiscation, and selling assets of collateral and other assets owned by obligors/debtors who have so far received BLBI funding facilities and have not or did not complete their obligations to the state properly.
For the assets that have been physically controlled, management optimization will then be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. For the next stage, the BLBI Task Force has planned acts of physical control over property assets spread across various cities/regencies in Indonesia.
