Zero 2 Infinity Sues Three Companies For Allegations Of Intellectual Property Theft
JAKARTA - Halo Space, Eos X Space, and Arthur D. Little Spain were sued by Zero 2 Infinity, a commercial company for stratosphere balloons. The lawsuit appeared on October 31 in Madrid.
According to theSpace report, the three companies consisting of two space companies and business management consultants were sued for finding trade secrets from Zero 2 Infinity. The company believes that the three companies have violated the law.
Zero 2 Infinity was originally looking for investors to stabilize their business. However, the people they raised created companies with their intellectual property.
When the company wants to share extensive documents with potential investors, some of the people being sued change the logo in the presentation to successfully generate 1 million euros (IDR 16 billion) for companies that are only websites.
Zero 2 Infinity CEO Jose Mariano Lopez-Urdiales told Spacenews that, "They think they can do that because Zero 2 Infinity is in financial trouble, partly because we expect 1 million euros to arrive."

On the basis of the allegations, Halo Space gave rebuttal. They said they would take legal action to defend themselves on false charges. Halo Space also said that their company was made based on technology that had been developed for more than 60 years.
In addition to HALO Space, all companies seeking to develop space tourism systems to stratospheres in the United States, France, and Japan use these mature technologies, all developed decades before Zero 2 Infinity was created, "explained Halo Space.
Halo Space added that the technology they used had been developed before Zero 2 Infinity was established. In fact, Halo Space does not feel connected to the company or Arthur D. Little Spain.
