NETA Auto Indonesia Officially Opens First Diler In North Jakarta, There Is Fast Charging Facility

PT Neta Auto Indonesia (NETA) officially announced the opening of its first dealers located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta on Thursday, November 9, 2023.

This first dealers is a further proof of NETA's commitment and seriousness in its role in contributing to the Indonesian automotive industry. Interestingly, there is a DC Fast Charging Station facility.

"In collaboration with PT NEV Auto Mobil, we hope that the provision of this facility will make it easier and increase the sense of security and comfort of consumers and potential consumers of NETA electric cars in North Jakarta and its surroundings," said Mr. Jason Ding, Managing Director of NETA Auto Indonesia, in an official statement received by VOI, Friday, November 10.

As an electric car distributor, the NETA dealers in Kelapa Gading have been equipped with various 3S service facilities, namely Sales, Service, and Shareparts to meet the needs of potential consumers.

In particular, NETA presents the Direct Current (DC) Fast Charging Station facility with 47 KW power, where NETA electric car users can charge from 30 percent to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. This makes the kernel of NETA Kelapa Gading the first distributor in Indonesia to provide fast charging facilities.

Located on Jl. Boulevard Raya Blok DA No.1 Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta with a land area of 1,628 m2, the kernel of NETA Kelapa Gading does not only offer the purchase of units, inspection, and vehicle repairs, as well as the purchase of spare parts and accessories, also has complete workshop facilities such as the provision of 6 Maintenance Bay, special equipment such as Hydraulic Battery Lifter, Insulated Tools, Special Diagnostic Instrument, Motor and reducer DISsembly lifts, as well as Man Power professionals who are certified and in accordance with Standard NETA.

The Showroom area was also made magnificent and was able to display displays up to 4 cars of display, as well as provide test drive facilities. This test drive is presented with the aim of providing an electric car driving experience, to prospective consumers so that they do not hesitate to have an electric car which is currently starting to become an automotive trend.

In addition to developing a wider network of dealers, NETA also provides other after-sales services, one of which is free home chargers and installations that can make it easier to charge car batteries in consumer homes.

In general, the NETA V unit received a guarantee for 5 years or with a distance of up to 150,000 km. Consumers also don't have to worry about batteries being pinned because NETA also provides battery guarantees of up to 8 years or with a distance of up to 180,000 km.

As a support for daily mobility, regular maintenance for vehicles is certainly mandatory. To provide convenience, NETA also provides free periodic maintenance costs for 4 years or with a distance of up to 50,000 km which includes services, spare parts, and other materials.
