Djarot PDIP Calls Prabowo-Gibran Reflection Neo-New Order Today
JAKARTA - The chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Djarot Saiful Hidayat invited the party carrying out, volunteers, and sympathizers of presidential and vice presidential candidates Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD to move. Moreover, support is now getting more massive after the pair's billboard was passed down some time ago.
It is known that Ganjar-Mahfud MD's billboards and PDIP's attributes in the Gianyar area, Bali were sent down on the grounds that President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) would make a working visit.
"The people are getting smarter in seeing the legal engineering that occurred at the Constitutional Court (MK). The people reacted strongly to the mobilization of the apparatus by lowering the flag, billboards, and various attributes of support for Ganjar-Mahfud MD," Djarot said as quoted from his written statement, Saturday, November 4.
Djarot reminded that there is no place for anyone with ambitions to come to power by using various means. Including, using the Constitutional Court to change the rules.
"The principle of the Indonesian nation teaches that there is no place for those who are for the sake of power ambitions and love for their nephews, then the Constitutional Court is castrated, and democracy dies," said the member of the DPR RI.
The moment of the Constitutional Court's decision which is considered to perpetuate Gibran's steps is also said to have brought back moral powers in the community. "This is the most important foundation of Ganjar-Mahfud MD. It is solid to moral truth and total dedication to the people, nation and state, not to the family," said Djarot.

Thus, Djarot hopes that all supporters will focus on winning Ganjar-Mahfud MD. "Together we face Prabowo-Gibran as a reflection of today's new neo-Order," he said.
Furthermore, Djarot believes that the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK) will be objective in carrying out its duties. This is because all of them monitor their work in deciding alleged ethical violations related to the requirements for the age limit for presidential and vice-presidential candidates who were knocked by Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Anwar Usman and eight other judges.
"The strong movement of cultural observers, scholars, pro-democracy groups, constitutional law experts to the movement of high-ranking figures from various universities has become a very powerful moral force in straightening out the course of democracy," concluded Djarot Saiful Hidayat.
