Kaesang Proposes Prabowo-Gibran Vision-Minision Plus Program In Line With PSI
JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep proposed adding vision and missionbakal to the presidential and vice presidential candidates of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM), Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
"Although we are now in KIM, it does not mean that all the programs proposed (will) for our presidential and vice-presidential candidates immediately agree, nor will we. We will definitely encourage several programs that are in line with PSI," said Kaesang on Jalan Pemberianan Dalam, Central Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, November 2.
Currently, Prabowo-Gibranter's vision and mission has not included solving serious human rights violations (HAM) in the past.
Kaesang, who is also Gibran's younger brother, said PSI wanted to advance Indonesia in various fields, including the economic and legal fields.
"We will definitely advance everything," added President Jokowi's son.
Kaesang also highlighted the program of the Abadi Islamic Boarding School proposed by Gibran Rakabuming Raka during a speech in front of volunteers at the Indonesia Arena, Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, before registering with the General Elections Commission (KPU) Office.
In addition to the Eternal Islamic Boarding School Fund, Kaesang wants to propose endowment funds for schools based on other religions.
"Anyway (eternal funds) are not only (for) Islamic boarding schools, but also for all other religious communities. We also ask that it be advanced as well, so it's not just the Endowment Fund for Islamic Boarding Schools," said Kaesang.
