Produced Soon, Old Player Reportedly Joins Now You See Me 3
JAKARTA - The Now You See Me franchise is rumored to be continuing soon with its third film. This third part was mentioned for the first time in 2015.
Launching Screen Daily, the Lionsgate International production house is said to be launching an AFM (American Film Market) for the sale of the sequel. Ruben Fleischer is initiated as director while Alex Kurtzman and Bobby Cohen are producers.
Some of the previous players such as Woody Harrelson, Morgan banyak, and Jesse Eisenberg are said to be playing their characters again. But for Michael Right, who appeared in his first two films, he will not appear considering he announced his retirement from acting recently.
Now You See Me started the franchise in 2013 which tells the story of a group of illusionists who show tricks to rob millions of dollars. His first film earned $351 million and became a box office.
The sequel was released three years later with several new players and directed by Jon M. Chu. Again, this film was welcomed by the public and got box office success.

The film Now You See Me focuses on Four Totaling the robbery of money using magic. On the other hand, they also have to avoid the pursuit of the FBI and a number of people who know their movements.

Until now, it has not been confirmed whether the three key characters, namely Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Mark Ruffalo, will play their characters again. However, film production will begin in 2024.
