Absent At The First Divorce Session, Hana Hanifah Accuses Randy Of No Good Faith
JAKARTA - The trial for the first divorce of Hana Hanifah and Randy Batah was held today, Wednesday, October 25 at the Bogor Religious Court. At this trial, it is scheduled as a mediation trial between Hana and Randy.
However, according to Hana Hanifah's attorney, Acong Latief, Randy Batah's party was not present at the trial this time.
"The result is that if the first trial is an examination of data, examination of lawsuits and power of all kinds and because the defendant is not present, mediation is postponed until the 1st (November)," said Acong Latief at the Bogor Religious Court, Wednesday, October 25.
Seeing Randy's absence for no apparent reason made Hana accuse her husband of having no good faith in the divorce process.
"We don't know because there is no confirmation to us, there is no confirmation to Hana or to the court. But what is clear is that he did not attend, one proof that he did not have good faith. Never mind that there was no one in court," continued Acong.
