Chery Opens The Diler Network In Medan, So The Second Is In The Sumatra Region

Chery continues to expand its service coverage in Indonesia by opening a new dealers network in Medan City, North Sumatra. This step aims to make it easier for consumers in the region to access sales and after-sale services from leading automotive manufacturers from China.

PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) is working with PT Medan Oriental Stars to build the latest sales network in Medan and its surroundings. This collaboration confirms the manufacturer's commitment to increasing the availability of premium services in the Indonesian automotive industry.

"We are proud to be part of Chery's expansion in Medan. This collaboration reflects our dedication to providing superior service to customers," said Hengky Suwongso, Director of PT Medan Oriental Stars, in a statement received by VOI, Saturday, October 21.

Diler Chery Medan offers sales and full-sale services with 3S standards, namely Sales, Service, and Share parts. This facility is located on Jl. Sisingamangaraja Km.6, Medan.

With buildings measuring about 4,000 m2, the service is equipped with various facilities and equipment to support consumer needs, supported by trained staff and technicians.

Just like other networks of dealers, Chery will feature various models, including Tiggo 7 Pro, Tiggo 8 Pro, and Omoda 5, which are a mainstay product of Chery in Indonesia.

Chery Medan is the second dealers network to open on the island of Sumatra, after previously the manufacturer opened a similar service in Pekanbaru, Riau.

It doesn't stop there, Chery has plans to continue to expand the market by opening dealers in areas around Sumatra, so Chery customers can easily access optimal after-sales services.

The expansion of this dealers network is in line with the company's target to have 60 dealers by the end of 2023. The plan is that PT CSI will also build 40 additional dealers by 2024, so that the total will reach 100 dealers who will serve all parts of Indonesia.
