TPN Ganjar Calls Not Necessarily Choose Black-Rand-White Campaign Shirt Jokowi's Proposal
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar Presiden, Andika Perkasa said that his party would not necessarily wear black and white striped clothing styles for Ganjar Pranowo's campaign in the 2024 presidential election.
Andika emphasized that the black-and-white line shirt proposed by President Joko Widodo a few months ago was not certain to be selected because there were other options.
"The black and white lines are one in five. As far as I remember, one in five designs has so far been contested. We'll see which one has more votes, that's what we chose," explained Andika.
The five style-of-wear options during the 2024 presidential election were also revealed by Ganjar Pranowo in his X account, @ganjarpranowo on Tuesday, October 17.
Ganjar asked netizens to choose one of five clothes, namely a black shirt with cream pants, a black shirt with black pants, a black pants cream shirt, a black black black shirt, and a white black shirt.
Andika said that the clothing model to be worn would follow the most choices of the community.
"We will choose which one to choose, that's it. We follow the many votes. So, it's not just subjective consideration, not really," explained Andika.
Ganjar Pranowo started wearing black-and-white stripes when he came to the Muharram 1 Gathering event 1445H Volunteers at the Senayan Multipurpose Building on Wednesday, July 19.
