Google Search Now Able To Create Images According To Orders With AI Support
JAKARTA - In the midst of its ongoing efforts to develop artificial intelligence tools, Google is now introducing a new ability to create images in Search (Search) with AI support, called SGE.
For example, if you want to make a card for your friend who likes to cook and like rabbits, then you enter the keyword "a picture of a rabbit wearing a chef's hat," then SGE will give results of up to four pictures, according to instructions.
Google added, if you tap on one of these images, then the generative AI will expand your query in descriptive detail, such as "a realistic picture of a rabbit wearing a chef's hat and cooking breakfast in the forest."
Well, from there you can edit further descriptions to add more details and make what you want come true.
Although this AI capability is extraordinary, Google realizes the need for great responsibility needed in introducing this technology.
"That's why we build protection against this experience and block image creation that goes against the policy of banning the use of generative AI, including harmful or misleading content," explained Hema Bamaju, Senior Director, Product Management, Search on Google blog.

So later, every image produced through SGE will have an embedded metadata label and watermark to show that the image is made by AI.
The ability to produce images is only available in English in the United States, for people participating in SGE experiments and aged 18 years and over.
You can register and share inputs about this new Google generative AI experiment via Search Lab on the Google (Android and iOS) app, or on the Chrome desktop.
