Present At The 4G BTS Corruption Session, Menpora Dito: Everyone Is The Same Before The Law

JAKARTA - Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo memenuhi panggilan sebagai saksi di persidangan kasus dugaan korupsi BTS 4G di Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.Kitanya saya menunjukkan di pemerintahan saat ini semua orang sama di depan hukum," ujar Dito kepada wartawan, Rabu, 11 Okto. Namun, Dito tak berkomentar lebih jauh soal namanya yang disebut terlibat dalam perkara kasus dugaan korupsi itu. Ia hanya menegaskan untuk mengikuti proses persidangan."Lapan sajati sidangnya ya," kata Dito.

Originally, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) tried to present Dito Ariotedjo at the trial. The goal was to provide information regarding the Rp 27 billion money case to secure the 4G BTS corruption case. Dito Ariotedjo's statement to the accused former Minister of Communication and Information, Johnny G Plate; former President Director (Managing Director) of Bakti Kominfo, Anang Achmad Latif; and former Human Development Expert (Hudev) Universitas Indonesia (UI) Yohan Suryanto.

In this case, Johnny G. Plate was charged with alleged corruption in the provision of BTS infrastructure and supporters of Kominfo for the 2020-2022 period which cost the state finances Rp8,032,084,133,795.51.

The indictment stated that a number of parties benefited from the construction project, namely Johnny G. Plate received Rp17,848,308,000.00; Anang Achmad Latif received Rp5 billion; and Yohan Suryanto received Rp453,608,400.00.

Furthermore, Irwan Hermawan as Commissioner of PT Solitechmedia Sinergy received Rp119 billion; Windi Purnama received Rp500 million; Muhammad Yusrizki received Rp50 billion and 2.5 million US dollars; FiberHome Consortium PT Telkominfra PT Multi Trans Data (PT MTD) for packages 1 and 2 received Rp2,940,870,824,490.00; Consortium Lintalarta Huawei SEI for Package 3 received Rp1,584,914,620,955.00; and Consortium IBS and ZTE packages 4 and 5 received Rp3,504,518,715,600.00.
