Construction Workers In Ubud Killed By Concrete Dak
GIANYAR - A construction worker, Rudi Suputro (33) from Malang, East Java, was killed by concrete while working to build a painting studio in Banjar Mawang Kaja, Lodtunduh Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali.
"At 13.15 WITA, the process of evacuating the victim's body was completed. Then the victim's body was taken to Aricanti Mas Hospital, Ubud," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Ubud Police, Iptu Nyoman Agus Putra Ardiana, Wednesday, September 27.
According to the chronology at around 10:00 WITA, the victim along with three of his colleagues were working on a painting studio building project.

At around 11.00 WITA, when the victim was climbing on top of the concrete roof of the building, suddenly the concrete broke and burst which resulted in the victim falling.
Then, part of the concrete not hit and clamped the victim's body, which resulted in the victim's death on the spot.
"At 11.30 WITA, Ubud Police personnel came to the TKP, and at 13.00 WITA an evacuation was carried out by members of the Gianyar Regency BPBD assisted by Ubud Police personnel using heavy equipment or excavators," he said.
