Semarang District Court Sessions The Perpetrators Of The Cor Mutilation Of The Victim's Body
SEMARANG - The District Court of Semarang City, Central Java, has begun to try Muhammad Husen (28), the perpetrator of the murder of Irwan Hutagalung (53) whose body was mutilated and found in a concrete casting in May 2023.
Public Prosecutor Ardhika Wisnu said the planned murder was carried out by the defendant in several stages.
He explained that the defendant killed the victim using a crowbar before finally using a knife to mutilate several parts of the victim's body.
"The defendant then smeared the victim's body which had been cut by using a cement complaint," said the prosecutor in an online trial led by Chief Justice Sarwedi, reported by ANTARA, Monday, September 25.
In this case, the defendant Muhammad Husen was charged with Article 340 or Article 338 or Article 339 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder.
On this charge, the defendant Husen has stated that he understands and confirmed the contents of the indictment.
The defendant Husen also stated that he would not submit an exception so that the trial would continue with witness examination.
