Geger The Body In The Well Of An Empty House In Kudus
The residents of Poloso Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java were shocked by the discovery of the body of a man rotting in a well in an empty house. The evacuation process by BPBD Kudus volunteers, Sunday, September 24, took place dramatically.
The condition of the corpse that has rotted, and is at the bottom of the empty house well, the Kudus BPBD volunteers have to work extra when carrying out the evacuation. With complete SAR equipment, the evacuation process takes about 1 hour.
The body has a pungent smell. The results of the examination by the Jati Police and the Jati Health Center team, it is estimated that the body of the man with the initials FY (35) was a resident of Demak Regency who had died in a well for about 3 days.
The head of Ploso Village, Masud, said that the incident began for a moment when residents around the empty house smelled the smell of the carcass. After being examined by relatives of the owner of the house together with residents, a pungent odor was found from inside the well.
From these findings, the Ploso Village government contacted the Jati Police, Puskesmas, and Kudus BPBD for further evacuation processes.
"When I looked there, I looked directly at the well. The smell was very strong. It turned out that it was estimated that it had been 3 days in the well. After being evacuated, the body was stiff, the skin was all peeling," said Ploso Village Head, Masud, quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, September 24.

From the preliminary examination, there were no signs of violence on the victim's body. It is suspected that the victim committed suicide due to depression.
