JAKARTA - Kaspersky has just discovered a type of phishing scam with a performance evaluation scheme, which eventually takes sensitive company or employee data.

"We urge company employees to be careful when receiving such emails, especially those that resemble HR communications," said Roman Dedenok, security expert at Kaspersky in a statement received.

To protect their data, Dedenok also emphasized the importance of verifying the authenticity of requests for self-evaluation that was not requested directly with their HR department.
