Take A Peek At Alva Motor Assembly Facility, High-Technology Factory With Industry Implementation 4.0

JAKARTA - PT Ilectra Motor Group with the brand Alva Motor, exhibits high-tech facilities by implementing an industrial system 4.0, named Alva Manufacturing Facility.

This facility is a gathering place for skilled workers who work together with robotic systems in the assembly of electric motors. The assembly site is located in the Delta Silicon Industrial Park area, Cikarang, West Java.

According to Alva, this facility can produce as many as one hundred thousand electric motors per year so that it can increase the effectiveness of the ordering process and product delivery to customers.

"This ALVA Manufacturing Facility is proof of our seriousness in advancing the Indonesian automotive industry, especially two-wheeled electric vehicles. This factory implements an efficient 4.0 industrial ecosystem that is both more humane and more humane," said Purbaja Pantja, President Director of PT Ilectra Motor Group, in his statement, Thursday, September 21.

Interestingly for this facility, the local automotive manufacturer recruited and provided opportunities for graduates of Vocational High School (SMK) in collaboration with the Cikarang government. The technicians who graduated from SMK will be trained and work at the facility with the standard Alva Manufacturing Way.

Last August, the company completed series B funding covering all previous investors led by Horizon Ventures.

In this funding round, there was participation from investors such as HH-CTBC Partnership L.P., Foxconn Co-GP Fund, and Brama One Ventures. The total funds raised reached 50 million US dollars or around IDR 760 billion.

The funds collected from Series B will be used to produce Alva Motor products through the development of Alva Manufacturing Facility and expand their service network to cover all consumers in Indonesia.

In addition, this brand from Indonesia has provided sales and after-sales services in several locations, including the Alva Experience Center at SCBD, Jakarta, and Alva Studio at Bali Gallery Mall, Bali.

During its existence in the Indonesian electric vehicle industry, Alva Motor has launched two electric motorcycles, namely Alva One and Alva Cervo. Their latest product, Alva Cervo, stands out with adequate design, technology, and performance to meet the needs of motorists in Indonesia.
