JAKARTA - Rahmat (25), one of the perpetrators of the helmet theft, was successfully secured by the Bang Jafar task force, who was guarding the Bela Rempang demonstration in the motorcycle parking lot of the horse statue area of Monas, Gambir District, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, September 20, afternoon. According to Arif's statement, Bang Jafar's task force, he managed to catch the perpetrator while stealing a black helmet and jacket on top of the motorbike belonging to the Bela Rempang action participant. The perpetrator was arrested by him. "Two perpetrators. One carried a sack containing all helmets, but he managed to escape. What I caught, he stole his helmet," said Arif to VOI in the horse statue area of Monas, Central Jakarta.

Rahmat's perpetrator who was caught by the Bela Rempang demonstration task force, was then secured by members of Polantas who were at the scene. In order to avoid the increasingly crowded mass tantrums, the perpetrator was secured into a detention car belonging to the Central Jakarta Metro Police. "Two perpetrators. The perpetrators who fled, he rode a motorbike and carried sacks containing helmets," he said.
