What I caught, he stole his helmet," said Arif to VOI in the horse statue area of Monas, Central Jakarta.

Finally I caught the one who took this helmet and jacket," he said. Rahmat's perpetrator who was caught by the Bela Rempang demonstration task force, was then secured by members of Polantas who were at the scene. In order to avoid the increasingly crowded mass tantrums, the perpetrator was secured into a detention car belonging to the Central Jakarta Metro Police. "Two perpetrators.
