BNI Reorganizes Composition Of Commissioners, Pradjoto Replaces Former Minister Of Finance Agus Marto As Komut
JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI (BBNI) has agreed to change the composition of the company's commissioners. This is through the 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
"The EGMS agreed to honorably dismiss Agus Dermawan Wintarto Martowardojo from the President Commissioner of BNI and then appointed Pradjoto as President Commissioner of BNI from previously serving as Deputy President Commissioner of BNI," said BNI President Director Royke Tumilaar quoting Antara, Tuesday, September 19.
The EGMS also agreed to appoint Pahala Nugraha Mansury as Deputy President Commissioner of BNI. Currently Pahala serves as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Based on the decision of the EGMS, the composition of the Board of Commissioners of the Company is as follows:- President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner Pradjoto- Deputy President Commissioner of Pahala Nugraha Mansury- Independent Commissioner Sigit Widyawan- Commissioner of Askolani- Independent Commissioner Asmawi Syam- Commissioner Susyanto- Independent Commissioner Iman Sugema- Independent Commissioner Septian Hario Seto- Independent Commissioner Erwin Rijanto Slamet- Commissioner Fadlansyah Lubis- Commissioner Robertus Billitea
