Kymco Expands Scooter Range in Europe with Launch of Dink
JAKARTA - Kymco, which is known as a pioneer in the scooter motorbike industry, has introduced its newest model. This Taiwanese company launched a scooter called Dink model 2024, which will be available in two engine variants, namely 125 cc and 150 cc. This motorbike is designed in a sportier style, suitable for use in urban environments.
As reported by Rideapart, Tuesday, September 12, the Dink is available in two variants, namely Flat and Tunnel R. Both variants have a sharper body design, LED lights, a tall windshield and storage space under the seat.
The Flat variant is very suitable for users who often carry heavy items and require large storage space.
Meanwhile, the Tunnel R has a sportier appearance, allowing the rider to appear in style. Even though it has a sporty appearance, the Dink Tunnel R remains practical as a scooter, with storage space located in the middle of the scooter.
The undercarriage of this motorbike has received special attention, with both 125 cc and 150 cc variants equipped with 13 inch rims at the front and rear. The Kymco Dink is also equipped with standard telescopic forks at the front and a shock absorber at the rear. The front and rear braking systems use disc brakes.
In terms of performance, the 125cc Dink engine with air cooling and single cylinder is capable of producing up to 11.2 hp and 10.6 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the 150cc Dink engine with a single cylinder and liquid cooling is capable of producing greater power of up to 14.8 hp and 13.7 Nm of torque.

Kymco Dink will be available in the European market, especially in Italy, with prices starting from 3,840 euros or around IDR 63.4 million for the 125cc Flat and Tunnel R variants. Meanwhile for the 150cc variant, Kymco Dink will be sold at a price of 4,440 euros or around IDR 73.3 million millions, for both Flat and Tunnel R variants.
