YOGYAKARTA - The government has set 27 national holidays and collective leave in 2024 as stated in the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Manpower, and the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform. Launching from ANTARA, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (Menko PMK) Muhadjir Effendy said the 27 holidays consisted of 17 national holidays and 10 days of collective leave.
"In 2024, the government will decide on 27 holidays," Muhadjir said at a press conference at the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture Office, in Jakarta, Tuesday, September 12.

According to him, the determination of national holidays and joint leave in 2023 is intended as a guideline for the community, economic sector, and the private sector in their activities.
