Allegations of harassment by Antony were made by his ex-partner, Gabriela Cavallin, who said the 23-year-old player often committed violence during their relationship. Not enough, two other women also made allegations of harassment by Antony.
On these charges, the Sao Paulo and Greater Manchester civilian police are conducting an investigation. This is because the break-up was allegedly carried out in Brazil and Manchester. Antony himself did not remain silent. The former Ajax Amsterdam player firmly denied the allegations.

"United also conducts investigations. They follow up and will continue to follow suit," he added.
The management of the Red Devils has acknowledged the situation experienced by Antony, but decided not to suspend Antony, different when the same case hit Greenwood. But on the other hand, Brazil chose to cross out his name from the squad against the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Antony admitted that it was actually difficult to accept the decision from CBF. Moreover, he felt that the accusations that had been in the spotlight of the media were not true.
I was here with my mother when I heard I was going to be crossed out. It's not easy. We are working to make dreams come true, and wearing national team uniforms is a dream I face every day.
