Ponorogo Prosecutor's Office Searches For Evidence Of Alleged Extortion Of PTSL Program
PONOROGO - The Ponorogo District Attorney's Office, East Java searched the Sawoo village hall to look for evidence of alleged illegal levies or extortion in the complete certification land registration program (PTSL) carried out by individual devices.
"This is part of the investigation process to collect evidence," said Head of Intelligence at the Ponorogo Kejari, Agung Riyadi, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, September 8.
As a result of the search, officers confiscated a number of evidences, starting with documents and important data related to the earth seal.
The ten investigators who checked several rooms in Sawoo Village also secured laptops that were believed to contain important data related to the implementation of the PTSL program in the area.

However, his party was reluctant to reveal the contents of the documents and data that were successfully secured to the state prosecutor's office.
"We are still examining the documents we got and from the data obtained whether it is related to extortion cases," he said
Agung added that to date 44 witnesses have been examined, both from the community and elements of village officials.
For village officials that have been examined, among them are village heads (Kades), village secretaries and a number of Sawoo village officials.
"This process is still continuing, we hope that by the end of the year, hopefully we can move on to the suspect," said Agung.
