IKN Development Praised By Stanford Boss: Ambitious Project Makes RI The Greatest
JAKARTA The development of the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago received appreciation from international educational institutions. Dean of the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability Arun Majumdar said that the sustainable concept used by the Indonesian government in realizing IKN deserves appreciation.
"What Indonesia is doing in the archipelago is an ambition to become The Greatest," he said in Jakarta on Friday, September 8.
According to Arun, not many or even only RI moved the capital city by taking into account the principles of sustainability.

On the same occasion, Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (IKN) Bambang Susantono said Stanford could take part to help the Indonesian government in efforts to protect the environment.

Bambang also said that IKN is not only about the State Capital. It was stated that IKN could mean Investment (Investment), Knowledge (State Science), and Network (Netheringan). He expressed this expression as a spirit to realize IKN development comprehensively.

Meanwhile, the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability together with the Bakrie Group will become a government partner in the development of the Nusantara National Capital which has sustainable principles in Kalimantan.
