Judge Orders Rubicon Mario Dandy's Car To Be Sold To Pay For David Ozoar's Restitution
JAKARTA - The panel of judges decided that Mario Dandy's Rubicon car would be auctioned off or sold. The proceeds are intended to pay restitution or compensation for David Ozora.
"So it is very natural to sell it in public, auctioned, and the proceeds are paid to reduce the restitution," said the judge during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, September 7.
The decision to sell the car with the police number (nopol) B 2571 PBP is because it is believed to belong to Mario Dandy. Although Mario admitted that he owned the black Rubicon car on behalf of his uncle.
"According to the safety of the Rubicon car panel with police number B 2571 PBP in 2013, the black daily number of which was faked to B 21 DEN belonged to the defendant," said the judge.
Meanwhile, the panel of judges burdened Mario Dandy Satriyo to pay restitution of Rp. 25,150,161,900 or Rp. 25 billion.
