JAKARTA - United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken praised Ukraine's retaliatory attacks on Russia, ensuring Washington would continue with Kyiv, when he met President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday.

Foreign Minister Blinken thanked PM Frederiksen for the donation of F-16 fighter jets from Denmark to Ukraine, as well as his leadership in the coalition of countries to train Ukrainian pilots, according to a spokesman for the US State Department.

Meanwhile, President Zelensky said the arrival of Uncle Sam's country officials has always been a message of great support for Ukraine, underscoring that this is a difficult time for Ukrainians.
