Former Secretary Of The Transportation Agency Proposes To Be JC In The Bandung Smart City Corruption Case
BANDUNG - Former Secretary of the Bandung City Transportation Service (Dishub) Khairur Rijal submitted a letter of application to become a justice collaborator in the Bandung Smart City corruption case to the panel of judges at the Bandung Corruption Court.
"Please submit it, we will consider it later," said Chief Judge Hera Kartiningsih at the Bandung Corruption Court, reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, September 6.
However, Hera reminded that to become a justice collaborator, the main requirement is that the defendant is not the main suspect.
"For the rules to be juctice collaborator, it's definitely not the main suspect," he said.
Meanwhile, the public prosecutor (JPU) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Tito Jaelani said justice collaborator is the right of all defendants. However, it must be considered whether this defendant can help reveal a case or not.
"That's the right of the defendants. Go ahead, but there are conditions that must be met, that's what will be considered later," said Tito.
