Nagan Raya Aceh Police Arrest 7 Methamphetamine Dealers
NAGAN RAYA - The Elang Team of the Nagan Raya Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, Aceh Province, arrested at least seven shabu-type narcotics dealers from a number of locations in this area."The arrests of the seven suspects were based on six narcotics crimes during August 2023,” said Head of Narcotics Investigation at Nagan Raya Police, Aceh, Ipda Vitra Ramadhani in his statement at Suka Makmue, Antara, Monday, September 4.He said that currently the seven suspects had been detained at the Nagan Raya Police Headquarters, each with the initials WA (25 years), ED (32 years), RN (29 years), CR (23 years), AZ (36 years), RT (22 years), and SE (51 years).Ipda Vitra Ramadhani said the seven suspects were arrested in a number of different locations in Nagan Raya Regency, including Beutong District, Kuala District, Darul Makmur District and Seunagan District.From the results of the arrest, his party also confiscated 13 packages of methamphetamine which were wrapped in clear plastic, weighing a total of 22.17 grams of methamphetamine.Vitra Ramadhani said the seven suspects were charged with Article 114 subsidiary Article 112 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, with the threat of imprisonment.
"We will continue to develop a network of narcotics perpetrators to their roots," said Ipda Vitra Ramadhani.
